Billdesk — I paid recharge payment but not recharge or amount has cut from my bank account | |||
Dear Sir, Dated 20/08/2015, I paid online recharge payment Rs.1097/- through my Allahabad Bank Debit Card. The amount of payment had cut from my bank account but my mobile not recharged. According BillDesk suggestion, I send him a scanned copy of Debit card with amount debited proof but BillDesk not take supported action related to this matter. Please help me.
