I recharged my idea cellular phone No[protected] with Rs 249 on 8.01.2015. Message from SBT is recieved as the amount is deducted from my account with reference No:[protected], but the phone is not recharged

My self Recharge my mobile no. [protected](IDEA) from you on dated 26.06.2015 at 03.19 pm of the value of Rs. 201. for I GB 2G data in my mobile .
But I have not receceived the same. My txn no is as below :-POS+[protected]
