Billdesk — Non remittance of insurance amount payment online

Please refer the details provided by SBI_ONLINE account statement. Date : 19-Jul-2015, Subject : To Transfer INB Bajaj Allianz General Insurance BAJAJ-GI Payments. Ref No : DSBI[protected]IG0AJKUPE6 TRANSFER TO[protected]. Sir i had paid a sum of 1585.00 INR to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance online through SBIONLINE. Due to a slow net connection BILLDESK online portal did not take me back to Bajaj Allianz website after I had paid the above sum online through SBI ONLINE. Hence no transfer confirmation could be received neither from BILLDESK nor from BAJAJ Allianz. Sir in such an event BILLDESK usually remitts the amount within 3 working days back to Bank. However it has been 7 days now that BILLDESK has not remmitted it back. This has not been the first case with me...earlier also I had lodged a complaint with you, only then I was remitted money with regards to an online mobile recharge. This will definitely lead to a bad reputation of BILLDESK. I request u to please get my Insurance amount of 1585.00 INR credited back to my account. Regards Naveen Negi
