I am getting message"the telephone number you have entered is either invalid or there are no bills available at the moment, please contact bsnl customer support number (Toll free number: 1500) for more details or write mail at [protected]@billdesk.com"even after entering correct landline no. I received two bills ie a/c no.[protected] &[protected] it is damn difficult to pay online. Please improve your system for online payment of telephone bills. I have recharged BSNL - KERALA Plan Voucher for Rs.446 on[protected] through SBI Internet Banking Services. But the benefits has not yet received. so in this circumstance please make necessary arrangements for obtaining the benefits or transaction at the earliest.
