Sir, I had paid my electric bill of Nov 2014 amounting Rs.660/- through online service of SBI InstaPay ( Via Billdesk) on 01.12.2014 vide Ref Number BSBI[protected]IG00GQNKD3 Transfer To[protected]. Amount Rs.660/- deducted from my account & but no SMS recieved on Mobile Number [protected]. While making payment system was hanged. Now nobody is taking resposibility.
