Billdesk — Payment done - not credited to the party

I have done 2 transactions through billdesk site (Via icici bank ltd) bellow are the details
1. Bil/[protected].00 06/09/2016
2. Bil/[protected].00 06/09/2016

Between the transaction process error message displayed. Spoke to icici bank, they said transaction status is success. Try to contact bill desk help line but no respond.

Pls. Solve the issue, due date is around the corner.
