Billdesk — Payment not refunded for unsuccessful transaction since 1 week | |||||
Dear All, I am using netbanking of Yesbank Ltd and did one transaction of 3G data recharge from airtel site using my netbanking with the below details:- 15/11/2015 17:27:00 15/11/2015 8339 NET TXN: BILLDESK EYBK[protected] AIRTELPREPAI 265.00 since 15/11/2015 I have been following up with citrus and billdesk to resolve the issue. But there is no response from billdesk till date although Citrus has already confirmed that this payment is due with billdesk under citrus ref no[protected]. Refund is still not initiated and no response is there from bill desk. Request you to kindly help in resolving and refunding the amount debited for no services by billdesk.
