[Resolved]  Billdesk — Request to refund my electric bill which is not successful

I tried to pay electric Bill on 18/8/2014 from ICICI Internet Banking but Bank debited the amount from account and not success to receipt from WBSEDCL.through Bildesk.
Transaction details as follows...

3.Bank Transaction ref..BIL/[protected]/BPC - Bi

4.Bill AMOUNT- Rs.444/-
