Hi billdesk team, I paid my standard chartered credit card bill amount 24670.98 on 23/09/2016 time:00:45:10 through billdesk my transaction status get succeeded and not yet reflected on my account till now My transaction reference no :"guti[protected]". My bsnl bill of number [protected] has been deducted twice through online payment portal . i chose to pay by atm+ pin.
I have paid for an item at ebay from my paytm wallet. As soon as the money has paid from my wallet an error page showed up. My transaction has failed but money has gone. So please be quick and resolve my problem. I will be greatful to you.
