Billdesk — transaction failure need refund | |||
Dear, Sir, mam, I subham mallick done a transaction with debit card ending (7409) visa, of central bank of india. I have done a transaction on 15/02/2019 at 8:30 pm of rupee 700. For the purpose of college university fee (North bengal university) (University registration number[protected] candidate name - camellia ray) but transaction was failed and rupees 700 have been debited from my account. My transaction id (Phmp[protected]). With same college registration id i have to do two transaction one of rupee 550 (Successful) another rupee 700 (Where i have pay twice because once it was unsuccessful) they debited two time of rupee 700 and i have mention the transaction id above which was unsuccessful during payment. And its already 75 days of my transaction and bill desk would not provide me the money. Has i see it is one type of scam. I have attached the email of respond from bill desk.
