Billdesk.com — Not operating properly

I am using SBI Debit Card to make payment to SBI Credit Card and other Insurance Company such as Kotak Mahindra /Bhart-Axa etc. who are also using Bill Desk but from 22/01/2016 I am not able to make payment. It showing that the site is not working now.
