My birla induction cooktop not working from 14/05/2016 (Saturday), problem is power not suply in cooktop. Please repair it as soon as possible.In saturday morning when on the cooktop, power not supply in cooktop and cooktop is not on. No any internal or external damage in cooktop. So please repair my cooktop urgently and i'm prepare to paid of any kind of charge.

Dear sir/mam
I have a birla (Frosty Desert )cooler but from few days it is not working properly. may be its motor is damaged. We have to repair a cooler asap. its very difficult to survive without cooler now days. so kindly send the service engineer to check the cooler asap.

After sales service is worst. Please don't go for it. I had purchased one processor. After working for a few days it stopped working. I called the helpline but the service person never turned up. And the local service shops are not able to do anything. Just loss of money. Worst ever experience.
