[Resolved]  Bitbns — 10000 INR Debited From Bank Not Credited In BITBNS 3 Weeks Completed

Hi Team,

From 3 Weeks Bitbns Team is not crediting 10K INR in my account. I have created a ticket #210598 asking explanation and received response that they have credited my Amount to wrong account hari.cs.[protected]@gmail.com.

When asked why did they credit my amount to someone else account I still didn't receive proper response or Immediate support or neither refund was not done nor it was credited in my account. My user id is rshp.[protected]@gmail.com

The transaction was dated 28th March 2021 and It was IMPS Immediate transfer.
I am helpless waiting 3 weeks for IMPS transfer as per attached screenshot.

Can someone help on priority please !

After 27 Days Of continous mails. I contacted Google Play Store team & reported this Issue. Finally Bitbns team assured me regarding funds return & its now credited. Customer service of Bitbns team should be improved, right now its pathetic.
