Whenever i try to withdraw crypto from my account bitbns makes the transaction dissapear from history. These are dangerous guys and needs some legal scrutiny on them asap. BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have raised multiple tickets and each time they say they will look into it and never attempt to solve it. I feel these guys are not serious about running a crypto exchange rather hold innocent people’s tokens .

Ticket no 294468 for proof that this is not resolved. It is a more than 100 chainlink tokens which is locked with bitbns. More than 5 reminders and nonaction
