Bitbns — not depositing amount to an wallet

I Have transfer the 2480 INR rupees from TEZ UPI on dated 15 Jan 2018 Evening but the transaction were pending since 3 days after that TEZ side transaction status were successful and amount has received in bitbns HDFC bank account. where sent whatever valid screenshots and data to support still support is not at all responding & even just keep on saying amount has not been received as I have asked them please check the statement of dated 17 Jan 2018 Time 4:15:26 PM precisely on which amount got transfer to bitbns account from TEZ UPI.
Totally response from Bitbns team is very weak/ not satisfactory as I have signed up & started to use because of friends 7-8 friends whi is trading with this platform.
Please check & send me the statement of 17 JAN 2018 & deposite or reverse the amount to my account asap

with this even also Bitbns has not been depositing amount to my wallet nor reversing the amount to my acount

I transferred Rs. 5200 in bitbns account by my phonepe linked account on 05/02/18 (time-3:35) but amount is still not deposited in my bitbns wallet. I complained to bitbns and provide the all the screenshot and bank statement but still nothing happen.

I have transferred 10K from my bank account to old bitbns hdfc account. I added the reference number also. Still that amount was not credited to my bitbns account.

Kindly check and do needful.
