[Resolved]  Blackberry — no indian customer care no and no proper service after sale

I had given my BlackBerry z10 to service center on 13-09-14 Work order no : HFE/BB/14/00443 1.My phone OS was not stable and had many problems, so gave it to service center . The person there said it will take minimum 25 days to service the phone, but today after 25 days I went to the service center to ask my phone, the person there said it will take more 30 days to service my phone. 2. so i tried to call the blackberry customer care, number provided by the company website [[protected] ], which is not an Indian customer care number but an Canadian customer care number, the problem of the customer care representative was, he was unable to understand my Indian English and i was unable to understand his English but i somehow managed to talk .and ask them to register a complaint of service center in India but they replied that they are not responsible for service center in India due to some government rule, so they said i cannot register a complaint and i have to speak to service center person i told all the things to the service center person and he said that he is not responsible for all this and the company is and he also advised me for going to consumer court, so please advise me or give me a solution to it.
