Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I recently bought a dairy product on reduced price from the Blinkit application. Upon its arrival, I discovered the product was expired, and to my dismay, I not only paid the reduced price but also incurred significant surge and delivery charges. I was looking at Indian consumer complaints forum and found similar complaints about the application.This scenario not only raises serious food safety issues but also highlights unethical pricing strategies employed by Blinkit. As a public health advocate, I find this situation alarming and a serious violation of food safety standards.
Furthermore, despite raising the concern and reporting the issue, I have yet to receive a replacement or refund for the expired product. This lack of resolution adds another layer of dissatisfaction and raises questions about Blinkit's commitment to customer welfare.
