No service was provided for AC even after multiple calls. Gave reasons like corona which I understand but when called to book service after lockdown they denied to provide any service as 1-year free service duration was over.
So we've received zero free services and were denied to provide one stating our warranty was over.
We are consumers of other big brands too who diligently call to book a service and turs up on time. But as a company, Bluestar is an utter failure coz it's the first time I came across a company trying to do its best to dodge service calls by claiming that no service calls were booked.
The company has absolutely no courtesy to provide one free service to a consumer who was not given a single service stating reasons like corona and lockdown. I'm committing myself to never buying Bluestar products ever again as I've lost trust and will never recommend it too! Was this information helpful? |
