We had purchased the blue star AC on Jan26th, 2022 and got it installed on march 26th 2022 by the bluestar technician by raising request in their app. after 20 days of installation, AC stopped working, it is not cooling anymore. We have raised request in their App again and one person came and told gas is leaking inside, it takes 2 days time to resolve and left. again after 2 days came with another technician they did some gas filling and yes AC started working. After 2 days again our AC stopped working with EC(whatever) error. Again raised complaint and speaking to count less members, till now not addressed.
we bought brand new Bluestar AC and suffering in the peak of summer, bonus is bluestar team's careless responses.
