Hi Team, Please refer the attachments, I have requested for warranty extension of 1 year on 13 mar'23. I have paid Rs. 2124/- to blue star for the same thru UPI. I have been told that I will receive a warranty extension paper/ invoice within 20 days on my email directly from company but I haven't received it yet, it's been a long time. Any update on this or again this will also be late service, because blue star customer care service is very pathetic. they don't even know how to resolve the issues of customers. when we call to customer care they only ask for issue and say please connect to local service provider in your area.
i have received a call from blue star and they asked me to share the AMC card but till date there is no update and no AMC card received.
please let me know when this will get resolved. we can't expect the same from Blue star which is a big brand and customer has to suffer as lot with there pathetic service.
