It is a matter of great regret that in last year I had purchased one no. 3Ton split AC of your company having Model No.B1FA312PLU having serial no. BVA0362 dated 2/05/2022 and the same was installed on 7th May'22.
It was fitted to my daughter's bedroom who occasionally comes home.
When she came we found it was running without any cooling effect. Lodged the complaint and after several follow up its cooling coil was changed and gas was charged on 28th Sept'22 .
Since then we did not run the machine as my daughter left for her workplace . Again, she is supposed to visit next week and today while trying to run the machine, the same problem happened of not getting cool.
In my last 20 years I have used several models from Voltas and other companies and never faced this type of problem. I came to understand that there is an issue of not cooling with this model . You are requested to replace the model if required as it is not possible after the guarantee/ warranty period to bear expenses against a defective model .
You are sincerely requested to do the needful at the earliest.
