Hi Team,
This is with regards to poor service provided by M.M SERVICE CENTER.
On 8th of April we raised the above service request ticket and the technician arrived same day to my place..we were not satisfied with the basic check done and he left the place collecting the service fee stating PCB board issue and this need to be replaced.
I don't think Bluestar product will require a replacement of PCB within one and half year of purchase.
Okay since it is an electronic item i said okay for replacement.
Today it's been almost 10 days still the service provider gives excuses for item not being replaced.
Moreover the ticket was closed on same day without our concern.
I would recommend bluestar to allot proper service provider who give genuine service as this type of service provider's ignorance may bring down your reputation.
PCB replacement charge quoted by service provider is rs 9500 which i don't trust for the matter of fact
Kindly acknowledge the genuine price considering the age of product.
Hope your team resolves this issue at the earliest.
