I am pursuing my complaint since 09.08.2022 which is not resolved yet due to fault of service centre.
Even though I Mail Id everything on the company email ID but all requests fell in the deaf ears and since then I am not getting any positive response.
And further I failed to understand without resolving the issue how can service centre cancel the complaint without informing the customer.
My booking complaint no is B[protected]
I purchased 5 Ac's due to the reputation and the name of the company but now I am regrate for my decision why should any one purchase any product of your company if you are providing this kind of after sale service.
Nevertheless I will initiate appropriate legal action against your company for harrassing the customer like this as I have completed mail and massage trails.
