Purchased a 3 tap blue star water dispenser with refrigeration

from Damayanti Engineering System Visakhapatnam.
Within 2 weeks of purchase it stopped powering on, called Damayanti Engineering System, the service man came and replaced the internal fuse without bothering to investigate the cause for the blowing of the fuse, the service man did not maintain any log nor take any feedback/signature from me.
After two weeks, again it stopped powering on, called Damayanti Engineering System, service man came and replaced the fuse and put tape over the melted fuse case. I insisted that he should investigate the cause for the blowing of the fuse. He had than taken the unit with him and still it is with Damayanti Engineering System.
Escalated the complain the Blue Star Call Centre and got a response from Mr. Mitesh Kotian with no action so far.
The following are required to safe the guard the interest of the consumers.
1. The service man shall maintain a proper log with consumer signature.
2. The service need to be qualified and look at the cause and not fix the symptom.
3. Blue Star shall compensate for the time and energy spent and the frustration incurred.
