Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased a blue star AC (BO-FA318PLU) through Amazon, and it got installed on 5th Aug 2022. When started using the AC, I found the water leakage and I raised a complaint (No: B[protected]) on 19th Aug 2022. When the service engineer checked the unit, it is found that the part was damaged. The service engineer suggested to replace the damaged part, but I wanted to replace the entire indoor unit as I am uncertain on the further damages in future.
If i am using will satisfied to change the particular part. but when i bought it is damaged . how can i accept to change the base part if they remove all the part and rearrange it.
So kindly request you to do the needful to replace the entire indoor unit.
Also, the complaint (B[protected]) got closed without resolving the problem and i called customer care but they just reopened the ticket but not given any solution they are closed the ticket again . Was this information helpful? |
