Purchased water purifier from blue Star website on 11/9/22, delivered on 19/9/22, return requested on 20/9/22 after technician confirmed it is not suitable because of high tds, pick up done by blue Star logistics on 27/9/22 after several mails calls etc, but refund is still pending against order no [protected]

Refund not Initiated, they want sign on cancelled cheque for refund which is against rbi guidelines, fraudulent business
