With lot of pain I have to say that I got very bad response from your service team against my complaint of repair your deep fridge. My deep is under 3 year compressor warranty.
Since 11th June the deep is not working properly... your service provider akal Air conditioning is not able to repair it properly.
They have come many times.. not able to give atleast -20 degree i need for my ice cream stored in this deep fridge. The ice cream kept in this is soft and not saleable.
They keep on making excuses and fake videos demanding payment which we are ready to pay provided deep is repaired properly. They are not bothered about the problem but want to be paid.
Yesterday they came and we showed them again soft ice cream and again they were not able to solve the problem demanded payment and later to my horror I was informed by the akal staff that they have taken some parts out of this fridge and that it will not work at all till we pay them ... for repairs...repairs that give a temperature of about 0 degree and not -20 that is required.
Today the deep is not working at all...so the akal staff came to restaurant and instead to repairing my deep damaged it further and today the deep is showing room temperature.
I have been calling your customer servicenumber daily and all my call records should be there which you can see ..
Repeated requests for urgent repairs and help lead to delays and zero Cooperation...
The service provider akal air conditioning is not at all cooperative only wants payment and no satisfactory repairs ...
We are willing to pay but please repair out deep properly first
Please help I am frustrated with Brand blue star at the moment...hope this does not lead to further escalation on twitter and social media...
