BlueStone you have a serious problem, if you cannot return my money remove the bloody buyback option, its been 4 days now, I was informed by your CS team that any amount below 50K can be collected from the outlet since the amount is below 25k, your HRBR out said its not possible as you bloody fool have not given the approval yet. I have call recording, email and what’s app screenshots. How long more I have to wait to get some bloody service, and please stop disconnecting the bloody calls I can’t spend explaining myself to you all over again.I want issue resolved today, not tomorrow today.
