ITS A FEEDBACK ONLY, BUT, READ IT CAREFULLY !

Bluestone, If you want to save your online business, my humble request, stop using BLUEDART, it's a strong Feedback from my side .they miss/lost Shipment and update any random date as delivery date, when customers ask then they harass your customer, and blame her/him to prove that delivery not made, their every word is false .You will lose many loyal customers, they are spoiling...

Your shopkeeper sardar fight with me on duty from manimajra chandigarh..and he fight me on my stomach I feeling pain in my lever..you can check your store cemera..and plz take a action.....

Horrible service it's been 15 days no one bother to call me or no one so far picked product which I have requested for return...now they are just delaying...

They are selling gold too much priced than mumbai's price and along with that charing too much of making charge.

While we try to return the Jewellery we purchased before 8 months, they were also removing 10% once again as depreciation charges which we dont see with TANISHQ or other Jewellers for Gold.

The problem here is it was rarely used and purchased from Bluestone but they themselves were treating their product...

I bought Lucida nose ring and got it customized with the best quality diamond. It costed me Rs. 12, 117/-. It was delivered to me on 2nd of May. I wore it just for 2 days. On 5th morning while I washing my face wearing it, to my utmost surprise it fell down in basin and got washed away through the drain. We go to the jewellery BlueStone thinking of its tag with the TATA'S!
NOPE! Don't do that mistake. Bluestone has a very bad method of keeping up their promise and thereby don't be surprised with their quality of product. Unless you have money to throw.
It really pinches when u try a new jewellery and it turns out to be bad after spending thousands.

I bought a 22K gold ring on 6th march 2021 but after a month only I came to know that this is not a pure gold ring. I has came out to be a copper ring and after talking to executives on daily basis I did not any solution yet. I have made a complaint on 7th may 2021 but till now they have not solve the issue. However they have called me on the day of delivery at 630 in the evening that they cannot deliver the product.
