[Resolved] Bmtc — Misbehaviour by Volvo 500D Conductor and Driver | |||
Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that today the conductor and the Driver of Volvo Route no 500 D with registration no KA01-FA 1541 intentionally did not stop the bus at Banaswadi @ 7.30 am even after seeing me coming running towards the bus and after tapping the bus by hand. Immediately after 5 minutes, I was able to get into route no 500A and reach Tin Factory and then entered the same bus which I missed . At Tin Factory this bus was stopped for 10 minutes and when asked the reply got is this is a junction and they have to wait for collection. After entering the bus I enquired why they did not stop at Banaswadi and the reply got from the conductor and the driver was very abusive and used vulgar knowledge. After few minutes before the bus could reach KR Puram Railway Station the running bus was stopped by the driver and said the battery wire got disconnected which I feel should not happen electrically. And all the commuters were transferred to 500A. We hope you select the best employees for Volvo service but in this case the lady conductor is very indiscipline always and never meet customer expectations . Morning we will always be late if we get into the bus where this conductor operates. The contact no displayed in the Bus for complaints[protected] was not getting connected through out the day. Better you display an alternate no for emergency. I was able to get the witness signed by one passanger . I request the concerned to interrogate particularly the lady conductor who always stops the bus at every stop for a minimum 5 minutes and reaches Silk board lately .
