BMW India — bmw car service delay

I own a bmw 520d bearing registration kl 01 bz 786. I have given my service for change of front left side led head light which got damaged in an accident. I had given my vehicle for service to platino classic kochi on 17th of may 2018. To my surprise it's almost 27 days and they couldnt even replace the lights. I feel sorry to see such kind of service delays from bmw. I am almost without back up for my vehicle. The reason is from the first consignment recevied light have slight defect so i shoukd have to wait another week. Behaviour of staffs are really bad they wont give any updates or wont take up calls.
