[Resolved]  BMW India — BMW INDIA car complaint (has Transmission fault within 50000 Kms)

My BMW car got transmission fault within 50000 (fifty thousand) Kms due to which it stops any moment while running. I cannot go out of station from this BMW car as it stops in every 10-15 kms. I shared my issues with BMW India team but they are saying that they cannot do anything in this. I have shown my car at BMW authorized service centre also i.e. at Deutsche Motoren but they are asking me to pay for the fix of this transmission fault which is costing around Rs. 5.5 lakhs. I have all email conversations with them. If BMW car would have these kind of transmission faults within so less kilometres, why anyone should buy this and why not any other brand car if they are asking to pay for their manufacturing fault in car? Its been more than 1 month i was in discussion with BMW India and Deutsche Motoren but with no use. What should i do with this car now ? No one is even ready to buy this as i have shown this for sale to many people but it stops on the way within few kms for which i have no answer.

i agree with the BMW complaint and comments. i also have 520d BMW and have the same problem of transmission fault. i have also done a lot of research and complaints but with no solution. I feel harassed as my grievance's were never heard or addressed properly. I received many reviews till now about BMW 520D after i faced the transmission fault in my car and all were bad. In my opinion, i rate this car to be the lowest grade and would never suggest anyone to buy any BMW car. I will now even say that its not at all any brand. Its just selling BMW cars with very high cost where there is no comfort and no services after sale. Even when this car gets transmission fault within 50000 kilometres.

Its a useless car.

BMW India gives the diplomatic response for each and every complaint where the problem of the customers are never solved. Even they stretch the complaint so long that customer has to take the case back because of so long wasting of time. But BMW has got many sites developed to lower down their online complaints. BMW has their own SEO team specifically to remove their online complaints. If anyone does the online complaint, then they BMW gets removed from their SEO team. BMW even pay to other online reputation companies a lot for removing their online complaints.

I have so much frustration with this BMW car that it is parked at my factory in front of gate where everyone asks about it. Then i have to explain that it does not work and its on sale. If someone will give me good rates of this car, i will sell this but i need good rates.
