BMW India — bmw x1 xdrive 20d

Hello, my name is krupesh patel, and i am a proud owner of a bmw x1 xdrive 20d, and a resident of gandhinagar city in the gujarat state of india.
I am writing this e-mail to you because i am having some unresolved problem with my car. Engine number - wbahu3706h5e64116, registration number - gj18bg9938. Model code - hu37.

My car met with an accident, and during the incident, the front left tyre burst and was completely unusable. After that, i went to the bmw dealer in ahmedabad city at that time was parsoli motors, to claim an offer they provided for tyre exchange and was supplied with a new tyre, but they were so careless that they did not check the alignment and balancing even after such an impact, which even a non-technical or non-mechanical person would know to do so. I didn't know about their carelessness until i reached back to my city and was not possible for me to go back to the service station at that day because of the time i noticed, i came to know about it while driving when my car was being pulled towards the left side, so i thought its some basic alignment problem and then i called the service station and asked them whether they performed any check toward alignment and balancing and i was shocked to listen to their answer which was a no. I was so angry and upset that when any customer buys a car from a big brand such as a bmw, they do expect some quality service which was missing here. Then i took this into my own hands and went to a local mechanic to resolve the problem where before performing the solution i came to know that the problem is more than just alignment and balancing of wheels, the shock absorber/ suspension was damaged. So i didn't want my warranty to be compromised, and so i didn't perform any actions at the local mechanic and just took the readings with me to the bmw service station in ahmedabad city and shared the problem with them and then after the discussion they told me that they would order some parts to resolve the issue and i will have to wait for around two weeks and i was ready to wait. During that period the bmw dealership owners were changed from parsoli motors to bmw-gallopsautohaus ahmedabad, so i went there and explained to them everything as few of the staff members that worked for parsoli were in the bmw-gallopsautohaus ahmedabad, so it was easy for me to convince them what happened. As it was early days for new management, so it was quite hard for them to address my issue so i had to wait a bit longer than expected which i understood and was ok with the situation as they and i both knew the problem and how to resolve it, so i gave them sufficient time. After few days i get a call saying that they have ordered the necessary part to fix the problem but are not sure if that will resolve the issue and told me that after they replace the part in warranty and sill, the question remains they won't be able to do anything else. This kind of scared me that how would i know what to do to fix the problem, first they say the part when exchanged will fix it and then they are not sure how to set it, so i was confused and asked them that what according to them is the best solution for it, they told me that they could correct it by just simple alignment and balancing of the wheels and told me that i could inspect on my own after they do the service of the car. At first few tens of kilometers, it was alright but then same as before, so i asked a local mechanic if they know any fix to the situation and they suggested that i ask the company to replace the part as the car is still in warranty, that caused this trouble with the car or it will create more issues to the vehicle, and now my car has started making some unknown noise which i think is related to the unresolved issue. Now i have a service appointment regarding the concern of the vehicle.

I am not sure why this dealer bmw-gallopsautohaus ahmedabad won't replace the part during the warranty period, does it have any hidden motive behind this, i don't want to make any assumptions just hoping that writing this email to you will make a difference and help me fell the desired quality of service and ride that the company claims its customers to have.
