I have no idea that whether this will be helpful for me or not but I still want to bring this issue in everyone’s attention which I am facing right now.
In the month of December’20, I have booked a BMW-G310r bike and now the month of February is going on and I still not have the keys of my would be bike. I haven’t expected this poor service from your end plus if I am cancelling the booking of my bike then they are putting the cancellation charges on me of Rs 20k without any reason. I also have sent the message on Twitter to ‘BMW India’ and they have disappointed me there also by not giving the reply to my message. For a reason I chose BMW thinking that it is a great brand but if in the first place I would have known about their services then obviously I have chosen some other bike like KTM or Kawaski and not BMW. I want my whole amount return at any cost as it would not be a big amount for you but for me it is.
And I strongly believe that they don’t treat everyone same and they indeed discriminate between people who are giving them cash and people who are buying car/bike from them via installment. Was this information helpful? |
