BMW India — Breach of contract

I bought a pre owned BMW 3 series GT this year 2020 in the middle of February. The car had a few problems one of them was the Air conditioner fan controller was broken and I was promised by The GM, BPS Mr. Rajkumar Sadhukhan that he will repair it as soon as possible and he said he will order the airconditioning controller in the next week and it will take a time of a month for the controller to arrive. Now today it has been more than 8 months I’av called him asked him about this a lot of times the only thing which he does is that he delays everytime I call. Is this the reason why I bought this pre owned car from osl prestige? Can’t we even trust a brand like BMW in these situations? This behaviour is Pathetic.
