BMW India — Cluster problem just after the service | |||
I have purchased new BMW 520D luxury in year 2015 and have taken five year extended warranty from BIRD AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD company India. I have given my car for regular service on 06/19/20 to Bird Automotive pvt ltd service station in Gurgaon sector 14, during the service they have replaced battery and compressor and one tyre which was under warranty. They took more then usual time to return the car. Finally they handed over the car to me on 19/10/2020. Very net day I have noticed that the RPM indicator and ASI has gone blank along with other engine parameters. I brought this to the notice to service relationship person MR Ata Ishtiaq. He asked me to send the car back to service station, which I did. Now he is saying there is a cluster problem and I have to pay approximately two lac INR for the replacement of part. My complaint is every thing was working fine before the service and my car was in BMW extended warranty and I have run this car for 19000 km only in last five years. I don’t know what is main cause of this problem but definitely it happened after the service, I need your help to fix the problem without any extra cost on me. I like BMW and recommend it to my friends in India but experience of my all friends are not very good regarding this particular service station. Was this information helpful? | |||
