BMW India — i have been charged for services which was never done

Hi i own a bmw mini cooper and i bought it from bird's automotive. I have been complaining about the roaring sound in my car engine from past few services and i have been charged for the same twice but it never got fixed;and second day after the service i called up and complained again. I got my front glass replaced and after a month it started cracking itself so the moment i saw it i called up amd complained, along with that i got my brakes plate changed when my last got serviced last time amd this tome again they are saying we need to change it. So it is my humble request as a customer of yours to please look into this because it is so unethical and unexpected from a brand like bmw, it deeply saddens me as an aware customer i know that i have been wrongfully charged and still they are doin this so please fix my car now for real. Thank you.
