BMW India — I'm complaining about service and manners of staff

I have sent my GT for body shop Nd I hav got it back with more dents Nd marks
When I question about the damages they reply very arrogant and in a very bad manner
They have no respect for customers
My family owns 17 Bmw cars at present Nd being a loyal customer to your company we have received the worst answers and treatment
I'm very sorry to be a customer of Bmw

Who is a big disrespect for your company
If we don't get a proper response, we will park all the 17 Bmws in the beach road and call the press and media
This service is the worst possible and creates a very bad impression to Bmw
