BMW India — My BMW car is in the service centre for more than 4 weeks

My car BMW GT was taken for service more than 4 weeks ago . I have not received one call from them informing me as to when I would get it back . I am presently abroad and will return back to blr on the 10th . It us disappointing that a car is retained for such a long time and there is no follow up Calls t inform me about the status if the car .
