BMW India — terrible post purchase service and rude behaviour

It is now a month that my car has gone to the shed without any proper initiation by the dealer (Infinity) and to add there is never any response to mails sent. I am without a car and inspite of requesting for a substitute there is neither any response nor acknowledgement by bmw. Also would like to add that within 6 months of purchase there is always some or the other issue with the car which i find is amazing
