Dear sir/madam
I laishram bikram singh driving x1 (Wb40x7336) had given my car to bmw osl kolkata for emergency serving as i was supposed to drive down to manipur (1550 km) to change brake pad and system diagnostics to check everything find on car and to fix trunk lift which is not opening automatically.
1st day they change my front brake pad by taking a time of 4 hrs n didn’t do any system diagnostic which is very impt by giving wrong excuses to customer and asked to left the car to fixed before noon of the next day.
I came down there n sitting in customer launch from 10-17 hrs and at last they say they can’t fixed also (When i was sitting and watching from launch nobody was working on my can and started from noon which mean they don’t know the important time of customer)
Then one guy advisor call prasanta told me to come next day and will fix it without solving the problem but they will quote the money.
Now my question is, if can’t fixe it on the day by giving the emergency of customer, why they don’t give car on the evening so that i can start my journey.
One more surprise to me on the 3rd day they said they will fixed early in morning and still not started it.
Everything what they have done is just to take money from customers only for nothing.
