Boat — product under warranty and co. taken for repair but not returning

Hello,
I have purchased boat rockerz 510 wireless bluetooth and product under warranty. Product got problem and registered complaint to co. Web site.co. Collected the product on 26th aug-19 and just told that it will returned within week but till now they have not returned. I tried call multiple time to customer care but their no. Is not responding. Written mail to co. But not response.

Boat representative pl. Take action on it.

Hey i have sent my earphone for repair but i didn't recive till now what type service is this ha? Could you tell me when will i receive my earphone

I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones. After few months my earphones one speaker stoped working. i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 1438417 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 9th September 2020 that they have received my earphones in there service center. I tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -1438417, it shows on 12th september 2020 out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of replacement accepted by them, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month.

I am really concerned about my product
Please help me.

I purchased boat bassheads pink headphone .. but due to some issue it got repair... So I claimed warranty... Then they came and picked up my headphones for warranty replacement... After that it has been 20 days but the product has not been returned yet... So I tracked .. but it's showing replacement product issued... But still I didn't receive my product... I trusted them and gave... But it's not right ... So I kindly request you to do some help... Thankyou
