During past 5 / 6 occasions it is noticed that whenever a confirmed gas booking is made & confirmed but the same subsequently CANCELLED with an advice to meet the distributor to get further instructions. Whenever the distributor is consulted he used to ask to book gas separately through slip and take delivery from depot. For ready reference and perusal, SMS received in this connection is reproduced below for your scrutiny, verification, examination and further necessary action.

Kindly book again or contact your distributer to know the reason of cancellation Booking for con No.191500 is registered with Ref No. 611573. Refill expected delivery 15-17 days Pl submit Adhar to your distributor, ignore if already done.

You may kindly appreciate that being an Extreme Disabled Person [PWD] it is becoming next to impossible to get gas cylinder in case I am harassed in this way every time.
