[Resolved]  Book My Offer — Delivery of wrong product

I had placed an order for
Samsung power bank 16800 mah
And i received
Redimi power bank 20800 mah
And that too damaged and defected, it is used and does not work.
I ringed up on the help desk 2 weeks back and the said they would provide me with the correct product in proper condition within 24 hours
Where as i have still not received any message or notification or call, neither are the picking up my call,
It has been 2 weeks already.
