I am sucharita and i had booked "samsung 16800mah power bank" in "book my offer" but i received a damaged and non-working 2500mah samsung power bank.. i want my amount back.. please do the needful.. (order number[protected], total amount i paid - rs. 548 including shipping charges). those customer care numbers also not connecting..
