Hi, I am Sucharita and I ordered a Samsung Powerbank and received a damaged one. They called me after complained in this Consumer Complaints and they were asking my Debit card Number and I said I will not tell them instead I asked them to refund my amount to my bank account through netbanking or cheque but they were asking my Card Number and personal details of my debit card. so please help me and I want my refund amount through netbanking or cheque. please do the needful..
