[Resolved] Book My Show — Money debited from my account, no ticket confirmation | |||
Hello Sir, Book My Show application is cheating consumer left and right. I reserved two tickets in for the movie Doom 3 on 20th of December 2013. The amount has been debited from my Canara Bank account. However, no seats were reserved nor ticket confirmation was sent to my email id or given mobile number. I have had the same experience as well today for Dhoom-3 tickets and for the last 6 hours have been trying to reach these buggers but no use...been on the phone queue and having moved in the queue from 34 to 4 they hung up the call and are not responding to mails as well. What could of and crap service is this?
