I have booked 2 tickets for movie "Tera suroor" on 17th March 2016 around 9.35 AM for 11.30 am show for the same date at Cinepolis seasons pune through maharashtra bank visa card.They have received the money but i didn't receive tickets.The message i received from them was...transaction is failed bur amount is deduct from my account.I checked with my bank and tried to contact book my show customer service but they are not responding my call. I am attaching here the snap pics of OTP password received during transction & message of amount deduct from my account. please refund mi my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
