They published my book in January 2022. People have purchased my book, but I have not received royalties. I messaged them a few times asking about royalties and when they would be paid to me, and I have had no responses back.
I entered a poetry write-a-thon with the company and paid to be part of it. They were responsive with all my questions during the publishing process, but now that they published it, I have heard nothing.
The write-a- thon I entered promises 100% of the royalties along with publication on numerous sites aside from Amazon and their own personal site, they also promised monthly reports on how my book was doing as well as royalty payouts monthly.
I would like to receive my royalty payments and have them follow through with the sites they said my book would be listed on, not just amazon. Was this information helpful? |
