I have ordered Mi 20400 mah power bank, but i have received samsung 20400 mah power bank that to total in damage condition. I booked mi power bank20400 mah of rs. 399 and they added delivery charges rs.149 + cod charges rs.50 and delivered to me with total amount rs.598 I received the product but product was not original and it's not working also.. Within 10 mins power bank goes down... When i recieved courier and opened the box even it doesn't work and unable to charge 3%. My order no. [protected]is plz take it back as quick as possible. I m trying to call c. Care but no response. I am requesting you to pay my money back other wise i will taken a legal action aganist you i have submitted complaint regarding this in their website. they have not responded to my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
